During a Light Point distance session, the practitioner will teach you the adapted steps of EFT and help you develop a personalized script via telephone. Email support may also be offered. Not only will you experience an immediate benefit, but you can use these tools throughout the week to continue their benefit. The practitioner may also suggest TRUessence essential oils that support you holistically, as well as other self-help resources.

In a Light Point face-to-face session, the practitioner works with you to decide which energy healing tools best support your path to true health. Reiki, EFT, TRUessence essential oils, guided meditation, and recommendations for self-help resources may all be utilized in a single Light Point Healing session. What’s important to know is that you are in the driver’s seat and can choose what feels right for you.
