After Shower Massage Blend for Women

I couldn’t resist sharing this wonderful massage oil that is part of my daily routine.  It is toning to skin, helps eliminate cellulite (no kidding), acts to reduce water retention, energizes, reduces food cravings, and supports hormone balance.  I truly love it!

Mix 12 drops each of fennel, orange, cypress, lemongrass with 4 oz. carrier oil (such as grapeseed oil).

You may personalize this blend by adding geranium, or coriander which are other emotionally supportive oils with estrogenic properties.  Geranium and cypress are both good for adrenal support. A rule of thumb for a massage oil is to have no more than 10 drops essential oils for each tablespoon of carrier oil.  So if you add additional oils, I recommend adding morecarrier oil.  I use TRUessence oils only and can’t promise you will get the same results with other brands.

Safety precautions:  Be aware that fennel is not recommended for use by pregnant women or individuals with seizure disorders.  Women who have breast cancer are also not advised to use oils with estrogenic properties.  Please keep essential oils out of the reach of children.

Remember to think positive, grateful thoughts about your body as you apply  this blend!  Enjoy!

Buy TRUessence essential oils.
